Webcraftdom is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing website building and digital business solutions to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals globally. Our services include:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We offer multiple subscription plans including Free, Pro, and Business tiers. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page. The Free plan is available indefinitely, while paid plans require active subscriptions.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Billing occurs automatically on the same day each billing period.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Paddle. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Webcraftdom does not store your payment card information.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Webcraftdom reserves the right to modify subscription prices. If we change prices, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within 14 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund by contacting hello@webcraftdom.com.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to Webcraftdom. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
All templates, designs, software, and materials provided by Webcraftdom remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials only as permitted under your subscription plan.
If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@webcraftdom.com with details of the alleged infringement.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account dashboard. Upon termination, your subscription will not renew, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
